Hamed Adewale Ishola, MJur, LNHA

Director of Operations

Hamed Adewale Ishola serves as the Director of Operations at AZE Mind and Wellness Center, bringing over a decade of senior leadership experience in healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, and organizational management. With a unique background that bridges clinical operations and healthcare law, Hamed ensures that AZE delivers care that is not only compassionate, but operationally excellent, compliant, and sustainable.

Hamed is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and holds a Master of Jurisprudence (MJur) in Healthcare Law from Loyola University Chicago. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management from Indiana University Northwest. His leadership experience includes serving as Senior Administrator, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Assistant Administrator, Director of Social Services, and Licensed Radiologic Technologist within major healthcare organizations across the Midwest.

Throughout his career, Hamed has been known for strengthening systems, improving compliance outcomes, stabilizing operations, and building high-performing interdisciplinary teams. His expertise spans regulatory readiness, quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI), staffing optimization, policy development, and financial oversight.

At AZE Mind and Wellness Center, he oversees operational strategy, infrastructure development, compliance management, customer service enhancement, and long-term growth planning. His focus is to ensure that every process behind the scenes not only supports the clinical mission in front of the patient, but also elevates the overall patient experience from first contact to ongoing care. Hamed believes that operational excellence is a form of patient advocacy. By building strong systems, enhancing customer service standards, maintaining regulatory integrity, and fostering accountability, he helps create an environment where providers can focus fully on delivering exceptional, patient-centered mental health care.
